Whilst Dr Christopher Allen visits most days, the local GP practice holds weekly rounds and sees all residents at Brockhampton Court at least once a month. Matron is a registered nurse and manages the home with at least one registered nurse on duty at all times with care assistants and ancillary staff working as a caring team.

A variety of therapists visit every week for physiotherapy, homeopathy, reflexology as do dentists and opticians.
