Being a carer is a full-time job and we understand that at times, your carer may require a break. We can provide short-term respite during times when your carer is unavailable or if you wish to enjoy some fresh new scenery from the comfort of our Hereford care home.

A real family atmosphere

“Excellent staff and facilities in a stunning location. There is a real family atmosphere, which is always welcoming, and the quality of care is very good. My father is very happy there.”

Our Care Philosophy

Our purpose is to see elderly people, and people in need, looked after in a kind and dignified way. We do our utmost, as a team, to ensure our residents remain happy in a wonderful surrounding. For us, we see each resident as a member of our own family and treat everyone as we would want our own family members to be treated. It’s this ethos that makes Brockhampton Court feel like home for our residents, and makes us one of the best residential care homes in Hereford.

Frequently asked questions about Brockhampton Court

When visiting a resident, are visitors allowed to have meals on site?

Visitors are welcome to have meals with the residents in their rooms.

For palliative care residents, arrangements can be made to have a meal in the library. This should be arranged with as much notice as possible as we may need to carry out a detailed risk assessment, book the library, make arrangements with the kitchen and care workers and arrange for the room to be fogged after the visit. We do this to ensure the safety of all residents, visitors and staff.

Each meal will cost £12.00 per person. This will be added to the residents’ ‘extras’ bill.
