Thank you letters
We have received some lovely thank you letters recently and we share some extracts with you below
All letters and cards are available for perusal at the front desk. We always strive for Brockhampton to be a home away from home and we are delighted to see this reflected in the correspondence.
“To Joanne and Team, we just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for the care and kindness you have shown to [E] in the recent years. The standards of care have been excellent. You have all, also without exception, been kind and patient with all of her visitors, family and friends. This has made it so much easier for us to cope with her gradual decline. We feel [E] couldn’t have been in better hands. Best Wishes, [K & G] Bowen”
“To all of the lovely staff at Brockhampton, Thank you very much for your hard work and kindness that has enabled my mother to make a speedy recovery from her hip operation. You are wonderful people! With very best wishes from [T Wells-Cole]”
“Dear Matron & Staff,……..Twelve months on [from Christmas the previous year] we know that she is still with us for two reasons:
1. Her strength of character and…
2. The incredible care and love she receives from all of you on a daily basis. We can’t thank you enough. Love [H and gang]”
“Dear Matron and all the staff at Brockhampton, Sandi, Pete, Bill, Di and many other kind souls who looked after my father……We are returning to Australia on Sunday. We will miss our weekly FaceTime chats with Grandpa……So goodbye and thank you so much for all your dedication, patience, kindness and loving care. All the best [C Osmand]”
“To Matron and all the staff, Thank you so much for your kind letter on my mums anniversary. It meant a lot to me. I have so many happy memories now of visiting mum at Brock. Such a beautiful place and everyone so kind……I am very grateful to you all, love [J]”
“Dear Matron, How wonderful you all are. You were all so kind to [G] and I know she was very happy in your care all these years. All of us enjoyed our visits when Neil and his wife and all the team produced delicious meals. Please say thank you to everyone from me. I could always sleep at night knowing Gwen was safe in your hands and that is a wonderful gift. I don’t know everyone’s name but please thank everyone from me. Peter was a wonderful support so special thanks to him for his thoughtfulness and care. Matron you have been amazing. Brockhampton Court should rank as the very best place in the UK.
Very best wishes and I shall always be able unreservedly to recommend you to everyone. [A Austin]”
“Dear Matron,……Thank you for making sure that Dad received such excellent care throughout his time at Brockhampton Court- we appreciate that very much…..Our very best wishes to yourself and all of the staff. [The Richards family]”
“To Matron and Staff at Brockhampton Court, Thank you for the wonderful care and dedication given to [P] whilst she was with you, the kindness and patience shown to [P] and her family/friends throughout her stay was outstanding and has been very much appreciated. [W & family].”
and lastly, and somewhat unusually, a letter from Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service…..
I write to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the support you have give to Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service for the release of Neil Gordon to regularly respond from your business to undertake On Call firefighting duties…..Without such support and goodwill we would not be able to provide such an effective service to our communities and local businesses when needed most…”
